Mayo Rape Crisis Centre is pleased to confirm that our helpline, which had been out of operation for a number of weeks, has now been restored and is fully operational.

If you would like to reach out to the Centre in the strictest of confidence, you can contact us via our FREE helpline, at 1800 234 900 for support. Our helpline operates from Monday to Thursday 10am to 1pm and on Friday from 10am to 12pm. 

If you don’t receive a reply immediately, just leave a message and one of our counsellors will respond as quickly as possible.

If you need urgent support outside of these hours, you may contact the National Rape Crisis helpline at 1800 778 888. This is a 24-hour helpline.
