The helpline staff will respond within 24 hours and a face-to-face session will be offered as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Counselling provides a safe space to help you gain a clearer understanding of yourself and your situation. Deciding and making a commitment to\u00a0 counselling is a very powerful and life affirming choice.<\/p>\n<p>Our counsellors will never force you to talk about anything you are not ready to, and all our counsellors are specialists in sexual violence counselling.
