Mayo Rape Crisis Centre gratefully acknowledges the amazing fund raising done on their behalf by Soroptimist International Castlebar. At their recent Christmas Catwalk Extravaganza they raised the staggering amount of €6,500 for the centre. This money was raised to help us restore and develop our Outreach Services in the County. A Mayo News article on Government funding cutbacks which have filleted some essential services FOR 21 years Mayo Rape Crisis Centre (MRCC) has worked below the radar in providing an oasis for victims of sexual abuse.
